Payment and Shipping Policy

Payments made are processed immediately. It is the responsibility of the customer to know and be in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws related to selling, transferring, processing, transporting, or using a firearm, magazine, and ammunition in the locality in which the customer resides.

D.W. Custom Services LLC from here on referred to as DW Customs reserves the right to cancel any order, at any time. All products prices and specifications listed for sale are subject to change at anytime.

Shipping Destination Restrictions

DW Customs does not ship to any area prohibited by law from shipping product. If you attempt to have product shipped to these restricted areas, your order will be cancelled and you will be subject to the cancellation fee described below.

Shipping Restrictions/PO Boxes

The customer is responsible for knowing his/her state laws regarding firearms, accessories, and ammunition.

ALL firearms must be shipped to an FFL.

DW Customs abides by all Federal Regulations regarding hazardous material shipped through United States Postal Service. A hazardous material is any article or substance designated by the U.S. Department of Transportation as being capable of posing an unreasonable risk to health, safety, or property during transportation. This includes, but is not limited to:

1. Minor Blast/Minor Projection Hazard — Ammunition
2. Oxidizing Substances — Batteries
3. Flammable Solids — Black Powder
4. Flammable and combustible liquid — Cleaners, oil, and aerosol cans

If you wish to order any hazardous material, you must provide a physical address for shipment through UPS.

DW Customs will not ship to the following:

1. California without a FFL
2. Illinois without a FOID card
3. New York City
4. New Jersey without FID card
5. Washington D.C. -District of Columbia
6. Puerto Rico
7. Alaska (ammunition)
8. Hawaii (ammunition)
9. Connecticut without FID card

Cancellation Policy

Orders placed with DW Customs may be canceled prior to shipping. All Firearms canceled before shipping would be charged a 15% restocking fee. CUSTOMERS FURTHER AUTHORIZE AND CONSENT TO DW CUSTOMS CHARGING THE AFOREMENTIONED FEES TO THE DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD USED TO PLACE THE ORIGINAL ONLINE ORDER. Call DW Customs’ customer service to cancel your order. If the order has been shipped, the order may not be canceled. Please note that the return of the package will be made at the customer’s expense. Canceled orders may not be reversed. ALL cancellations are final. All sales on gift cards are final and cannot be refunded.
